Position: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) Manager : One (Kathmandu based) Deadline: 30 June 2020. Qualification and Competencies: Advanced postgraduate degree in public health, demography, epidemiology, biostatistics, social science, or any related field. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in MEAL framework, analysis and evaluation of project performance data following the MEAL Policies and Procedures and result tracking.   PhD candidates with USAID project experience and deep understanding of adolescent sexual and reproductive health/family planning are highly preferred..
